Thank you so very much to Tom and the staff at the Northwest Indiana location. Losing my beautiful girl Zombie was devastating to me. Zombie and my family were all treated with such respect, kindness, dignity and compassion it is impossible to explain. We were not rushed, we were allowed to take our time saying goodbye to her. No question or request was treated as insignificant by them. You will never know how much you helped us that day. And it was wonderful to have her back home the next day! Jeremy hand delivered my paw print necklace to work to me today and it is truly beautiful. I cannot express how grateful I am that my vet recommended Faithful Companion to us.
