Louie

Our constant companion for 17 years and ever alert ‘guard dog’ received his release from this mortal plane yesterday, October 30, 2015; the third member of our family – Louie.

He let us know he had gotten his full measure from the Cup of Life; choosing his last days to refuse sustenance and enjoy only an occasional cool drink.

His passing was without struggle and peaceful with his decades long attending veterinarian; Mom and I there to comfort his next journey into the Unknown.

Louie, you will live on in our memories forever and all that knew and heard of you are the better for your existence.
