Matilda

I fostered for a rescue and in November 2013 I received a call from them. They asked if I would take Matilda because she was older and she needed to be rescued from a kill shelter. I said yes and the night I picked her up from the rescue she was coughing, she had glassy eyes, and missing hair. I immediately took her to the vet and she went through a series of tests. She was diagnosed with a heart condition. For 1 1/2 years Matilda lived with us and was as happy as she could be. I couldn’t have asked for a better dog. She was loving girl and I miss her so much. I am so glad I saved her that day and if I could I would do it all over again. I love you Matilda.
