ChloeRoyal Oak, MIWe adopted Chloe from a hound rescue in Howell, MI on January 14, 2006. She was two years old, underweight from being a stray for some time in the middle of winter, and really in need of a home. We took her home, loved her for many years, and helped her manage with severe congestive heart failure for the last year of her life. We spent countless hours feeding her by hand, getting her to take more pills than you could imagine, and she seemed genuinely happy until the end
JordiCharlotte, NCJune 1998 Jordi was born in Tennessee, in November of that year my sister and I introduced Jordi to my ailing parents as a companion. It took a while but they warmed up to him and he grew on everybody he encountered. My parents have long passed but my mother just before she died made me promise to take care of her baby. I have now fulfilled that promise as Jordi passed on May 22, 2013 after suffering a final tragic seizure. Jordi was 16 years old and a bundle of energy,
Jade O’ShieldsCharlotte, NCOn May 12 2013 my baby boy Jade was his normal spunky self even going for his annual exam the next day. But on Wed 5/15/13 he became sluggish and an ultrasound diagnosed stage V lymphoma. He had some wonderful days and never felt pain or distress. One week from diagnosis, May 22, 2013, Dr. Theobald of Lap of Love helped my baby boy cross over the rainbow bridge with dignity pease and grace. Jade was a mommy's boy who loved everyone unconditionally. He was loved by everyo

Molly MaidRoyal Oak, MIThis is our beautiful loving Molly Maid, she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge 2 days ago 5/21/2013. She is pictured her with my loving Mom who also has crossed over and I knew she would be there waiting for her along with all the others gone before her. Mom and Molly were best buddies! There are no words to describe how much Molly meant to us. Loving, smart, faithful, great therapy for me. Always knew when I needed a lick or paw! I miss her from the depths of my broken he
BunkerCharlotte, NCBunkie Bunk were should daddy begin? First of all you were hell bent on coming home with us even though we chose your brother. You were prescient, and when mommy picked you up, you cleaned her face and it was love at first site. We really didn't know what to name you so for a week we just called you it or dammit, until one night you picked your name. Ill never forget coming home from that house fire and running all over the house looking for you only to discover you got
Xena Marie Diamond Star ThompsonRoyal Oak, MIYou were my protector, family member and provided unconditional love. While cancer cut your physical life short you will forever live in our hearts and minds.
DudleyRoyal Oak, MIFor our amazing and lovable St. Bernard, Dudley. From one of your best friends, Tara. I've had him for a major portion of my life, and I'm lucky he lived as long as he did. He was quite honestly one of the greatest dogs in the world. He loved attention, never really barked, never jumped around. He loved the snow, and just outside in general. His slobbering was only part of his charm. He was bigger than me (taller if he would stand up on his hind legs), which might
