Absolutely great service with dignity & respect from start to finish. Unfortunately, this our second time dealing with them in just six months. This last time it was our beautiful dog Bossy. My wife talked to Tom & he quoted her a discounted price because we were returning customers. When the young man who came to pick her up had me sign the invoice I signed it without reading it. We were overcharged $75 & when my wife called Tom to see if that was accurate he IMMEDIATELY returned our money. Can’t ask for a more honest & compassionate professional. I can’t recommend this team with enough superlatives to do them justice. Thank you for everything you did for us.
