- Naples, FLMy husband and I could not be more thankful for Faithful Companion. We never had to deal with the terrible loss of a pet until our Frankie passed away on August 25,2016. I had no idea how to deal with the loss/cremation of our Frankie, as he passed in the late evening at home. The staff walked us through the process and our choices. They were extremely and truly understanding, as they had to explain the process to me ten times over because I was crying and so upset. My husband and I are truly thankful and would highly recommend Faithful Companion to anyone who has to deal with the loss of a pet.❤️
- Northwest IndianaAs a veterinarian, I understand the importance of the human-animal bond. Our dogs and cats become much more than pets - they become family. When the time came for my 13 year old boxer, Jack, I didn't want him to be put away in a cold, dark place nor did I want to wait to get his ashes back a week later. As a pet parent, I chose Faithful Companion for their cremation service. They came to my house as the euthanasia was taking place and waited patiently outside until we finished saying goodbye. They gently took Jack away in a burial box and Tom, the owner, returned his ashes to me the next day. The basic urn is a beautiful wooden box and I also received a paw print, which brought me to tears. I will never forget what the staff at Faithful Companion did for our family and what they do for so many families. I will continue to recommend them to my clients! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
- Naples, FLMatt was so kind on the phone when I called to ensure my Bailey was picked up. He explained the sweet necklace that I ordered in detail and created a special paw print. He shared a personal story which really helped me. He then offered to bring Bailey home within the hour. I was so touched. Then, Michelle called and shared stories with me, let me cry and share my story. Yes, I believe they did their job well but what matters the most is they cared for Bailey and I when we needed it the most. Thank you for your compassion.
- Northwest IndianaMy heart was broken when Johnnie Raccoon became terminally ill. Johnny had been part of my life since I rehabiltated her starting at two weeks of her life. After her eyes were open, I learned that this baby raccoon was blind. She could never be released into the wild like the rest of the little raccoons that I rehabilitated each year. I had her for over ten years. I would not let her suffer. We had to help her over the Rainbow Bridge. Johnnie passed away Friday night, and we took her home from the vet. I had no time to think about cremation but my husband mentioned it. I decided that I wanted Johnnie with me always since I no longer rehab and will never have another raccoon to cuddle. But at least I would have her remains. On Saturday I found faithful companion. They were very kind. They cremated my beloved Johnnie, and we picked up her ashes on Sunday morning. We'd had her name engraved on her beautiful wooden box provided for her. We will always appreciate how they cared for her because Johnnie will always be in my heart.
- Royal Oak, MIIv had my best friend right by my side for the past 15 years and a month ago I had to say goodbye. My decision was easily made when I found faithful companion. I trusted them with my whole heart and knowing that my dog was in the best place. I'm at peace with my decision and I'm so blessed for faithful companion. Thank you again for everything you have done for me!
- Cincinnati/Dayton, OHIn January 2016 I was on a business trip in Charlotte, NC. I'd taken my dogs with me as they travel with me just about everywhere. One of my dogs had been sick and while in Charlotte his condition worsened and I ended up having to release him. I didn't think of any other pet cremation provider to call on but Faithful Companion. My mom (who lives in Charlotte) lost her dog several years back and I contacted Faithful Companion for her and they treated my mom and her dog Miles with such care and respect that I knew that my beloved ToPe would be in the best hands with them. And surely he was. The personal care and personal touches they provided eased my broken heart and this company knows how special pets are to their owners and I could not have been happier. Thank you and God bless you Faithful Companion for the wonderful work you do!
- Royal Oak, MII can not even begin to thank all of you for helping us out with my dog, Hope. We were visiting from out of state when she died. We had no idea where to go or what to do. The Animal Emergency Center in Novi gave us your information. We need to take our Hope back with us in a day in a half and you were able to deliver her to us. We will forever be grateful to you for making sure she came back with us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
- Clifton, NJDear Jim, Paul and everyone at Faithful Companion, When we had to put our beloved dog Cookie down after 12 years it was the hardest thing we have ever had to endure. The Nutley Animal Hospital took care of all the arrangements to have her cremated. I truly had not idea what to expect, but on Monday I went back to pick up our beloved Cookie's ashes. I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful job that you did. Her ashes came in a beautiful wooden box with her name inscribed on the top. I just felt she was handled with all the love and care that we could have asked for. Thank you so much for providing our family with the relief knowing that she is OK and we will see her again at the Rainbow Bridge. God Bless, The Perrota Family (Lisa Perrota)
- Clifton, NJPaul and Everyone at Faithful Companion, I don't even know where to begin. You are all so amazing. This is the second time in 2 years we had to use your services and I can't thank you enough on behalf of myself and my family for the heartfelt way you have treated us during these really hard times. Our Mushie and Solly cats are finally together waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge and the beautiful urns you provided us with perfectly match their personalities. I can not express how grateful we are to have found you. You all are kind, loving, professional, compassionate individuals and we from the bottom of our hearts want to thank you for everything that you have done to bring us peace after losing such special parts of our family. You truly are such amazing people and I will continue to not only rant and rave about how amazing you are but to refer anyone needing your services. Thank you again, for all you have done and for bringing our babies back to us. God Bless you all. <3 The Ramirez/Martinez Family (Madeline Ramirez)
- Charlotte, NCThere are not enough kind words to say about your company and our staff. My beloved puppy Kaylee left me in December of 2015 and although it's taken 6 months for me to be able to write you this, I will never forget the kindness and care of what you did for me during the most difficult time of my life. After 12 years of having the love from Kaylee, she was too sick to continue our journey together. It was your support, instruction and recommendations that made it possible for me to hand her leash to Jesus and say good-bye until we can play together again without any boundaries. When she first got sick in October I called about your services. Then, when the day came for me to do what was needed you also helped me with my connection to Lap of Love. That day at 8pm Kaylee left my side, and between you and the doctor from Lap of Love I had her back home with me by 11am the next day. You truly are laborers of love! I have told many, many people about your company and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me and Kaylee. My God bless you for the compassion and care you provide.
